Papua New Guineaball , officially known as the cannibal Independent State of Papua New Guineaball, is a countryball located in Oceania, having an ocean border, sharing its border with Indonesiaball only and being closed to Australiaball.

He's portrayed as liking to eat his species's flesh and wants to hunt it with its spear, because it’s accepted as part of Papuan culture (though it’s illegal against its law now).

History

Independence

In 1972, the name of this territory had been changed to “Papua New Guineaball”. Then Australiaball invited it to the World Bank to send a mission to advise on measures to be taken towards economic development and political preparations.

In elections 1972, the Chief Minister, Michael Somare, had changed it from self governing to independence.
