- Fill it with this yellow.
- Draw another circle in it, and fill it with white.
- Draw the Arabic numeral 1 in it, and color it black.
- Draw either lines or narrow eyes, as a reference to the epicanthic fold.
- Draw a straw hat on top, and you're done!
